Her career later expanded into cooking for discerning, high-end clientele in private estates and aboard super yachts, environments where precision, flexibility, and attention to detail were essential. These roles required an intuitive, highly personalized approach to menu development while maintaining uncompromising standards.
Chef Patricia has also worked in remote culinary settings, including Alaska fishing lodges, where seasonality, sourcing, and respect for ingredients were paramount. These experiences reinforced a philosophy centered on simplicity, balance, and allowing exceptional ingredients to shine.
